Hello, I’m Joe, a design team leader with a over twenty years’ experience in the design industry. I’ve worked across both the private and public sectors, permanent and contract, helping design teams grow, perform, and collaborate effectively.
To me, design is about balancing an understanding of user needs with how the product or service will be built, how it delivers value against its aims, and how it positively affects the planet and environment.
